Initial Meeting
Stuart is a great listener. During your first meeting he will ask a lot of questions to find out your wants and needs.
Refining the Plan
Stuart uses a 3D Design software to present an initial plan incorporating information from the first meeting. Budgets are discussed to make sure the plans and the dollars available are realistic.
Communicating the Timeline
You will have multiple selections to make along the way (fun!) Stuart will give you a list of items, the allowance for each, and the time by which he needs the selection information. This keeps everything on schedule.
No Surprises

With the software system our company uses, every aspect of the business revolves around the schedule. Some phases of construction seem to take forever, other phases fly by. Stuart will keep you posted every step of the way.
After Completion
Stuart likes to stay in contact with clients after everything is completed and will touch base with you at least once a year. He is always available if you have any questions regarding the care of your home.

Even during the mid 1980’s when building was explosive in the Raleigh area, we resolved to schedule only a limited number of projects per year. We believe that Stuart’s level of attention to detail cannot be achieved at a higher volume. That is key to how we operate.
